Meet Your Trainer
Supporting people interested in birth work is not a role I take lightly. I see the need and the benefit for more independent birth workers and devote myself to my trainees to help them succeed. Because when my trainees succeed, so do their clients and their babies! I believe this is a fundamental way of improving birth. When you train with me, you have my mentorship two years post training to help you towards certification and get your business going. If you are interested in this rewarding career path, I would be honored to join you.
Katie is the person you want to bump into when you’re pushing the door instead of pulling… that is how I really felt mentally when I first started Labor Doula Training. She made everything make sense, explained things in a way that was easy to grasp and understand and made me feel very welcome. Absolutely beautiful soul and personality. She really knows her stuff and I am thankful to have been a student.Jasmine L Hammonds, Birth Worker Jas – Huntsville, AL
